I’m Tanai Chrishawn, an LA-based Set Decorator with a deep love for storytelling through spaces. My journey began in education, where I developed a passion for planning, creative problem-solving, and bringing people together—skills I now channel into designing sets that feel intentional, lived-in, and emotionally resonant.
From music videos and documentaries to brand events and live panels, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with thoughtful creatives across film, television, and virtual production. Whether sourcing period-accurate props or reimagining a real-world location, I care deeply about every detail and how it supports the narrative.
I’m actively working toward I.A.T.S.E. Local 44 union membership, expanding my portfolio, and staying open to new ways of creating environments that move the industry forward.
